GSoY Ticketing Policy

Tickets will be available online from 1 June 2024.  Some standby tickets will be available on the door from 1pm, subject to availability.  We strongly advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

On entry to the venue, all ticket holders must present proof of purchase in the form of the QR code produced by our ticketing platform.  This will be available in your confirmation email, please bring either electronically or on paper.

All persons entering the venue will be checked in by our door staff and provided with a wristband to allow re-entry throughout the day.  This must be worn at all times and is non-transferable.

Please note, all tickets sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are possible, unless the event, or class, is cancelled.

As we have timed entry slots, please note the specific timings on your ticket.  Should you miss your time slot, we cannot guarantee entry until after 12pm.

We have a zero tolerance policy to abusive behaviour or hate speech. Anyone found to be in violation of this will be asked to leave the premises.
